2. Your personal data will be processed because it is necessary for:
a) The performance of a contract and taking actions aimed at its implementation, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“General Data Protection Regulation”);
b) Fulfilling legal obligations of the data controller, based on Article 6(1)(c) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016;
c) Addressing potential complaints and reported claims;
d) Protecting the vital interests of the data subject or another individual, based on Article 6(1)(d) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016;
e) Achieving the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016: the legitimate interest of the data controller is to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the business and protect against various types of accusations and claims, including but not limited to: archiving, investigating and defending against claims, preventing fraud, conducting statistics and analyses, ensuring the security of the teleinformation environment, and implementing internal control systems.
3. The recipients of your personal data may include: entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, entities acting on behalf of the data controller, such as: drivers, transport companies, IT companies, document archiving and destruction companies, postal companies, auditing firms, and the City of Krakow Office.
4. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to conclude and perform the contract.
- The person whose personal data is being processed has the right to:
a) Request access to their personal data from the data controller
b) Request correction of their data
c) Request deletion or restriction of processing
d) Object to the processing of their data
e) Request the transfer of their personal data
- Providing the necessary data to the data controller is a condition for receiving the transportation service subsidized or reimbursed by the City of Krakow under the agreement between the City and Radio Taxi Partner (RTP). The scope of necessary data is defined by the transportation regulations. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the use of the transportation subsidy.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Under the agreement between RTP and the City of Krakow, the right to use the subsidized transportation for disabled persons is granted to individuals residing in the City of Krakow and holding at least one of the following documents:
- Disability certificate
- Disability identification card
And a photo ID document.
Each customer ordering reimbursed transport is informed about the need to have and present the above-mentioned documents to the driver. With the customer’s consent, the driver is required to record the necessary data, which will be transmitted to the City of Krakow (UMK) for the purpose of executing the agreement, using the customer’s internal number in accordance with Article 4, point 5 of the GDPR to ensure secure data flow.
The data necessary for executing the agreement are:

The disability certificate number and ID document number are transmitted to the City of Krakow (UMK) using pseudonymization. The remaining personal data necessary for issuing the invoice are stored in the RTP Human Resources and Settlements Department and are not shared.
Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the execution of the agreement with UMK.
According to Article 4, point 5 of the GDPR, in order to ensure secure data flow, PSEUDONYMIZATION (internal number) has been applied, and only in this form will the data be transmitted to UMK for the purpose of processing the transportation.
