I’ve used this company’s services multiple times now to take my husband, who uses a wheelchair, to the doctor — and I’m very pleased. The drivers are polite, they arrive at the agreed time, help load my husband (while he’s seated in the wheelchair) into the vehicle using a ramp, and transport him directly inside the clinic.
After the appointment, we usually wait about 15 minutes for the return ride. On average, the round trip from our home to the doctor is about 25 kilometers.
The ride is always smooth and safe, and most importantly, there’s no need to dismantle or fold the wheelchair for the journey. The transport vehicles we’ve used varied slightly in terms of comfort, but that’s not a major concern. I’m really glad this company was recommended to us.
